1 Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions take effect as soon as you complete the account registration process at ria66, or when you begin using any part of our platform, including browsing the site, accessing games in demo mode, or making any financial transaction.

By accepting these terms, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions, policies, and guidelines set out in this document, as well as ria66's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of these terms.

RIA66 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. However, we endeavour to notify members via in-platform notices when significant changes occur. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

2 Account Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the ria66 platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Not be subject to any court order or law prohibiting participation in gambling activities.
• Register only one (1) account; multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration and KYC verification.
• Not represent or register on behalf of any third party without the written consent of RIA66.

RIA66 reserves the right to request proof of identity at any stage to verify member eligibility. This includes but is not limited to copies of an identity card, passport, bank statement, or other documents deemed necessary. Failure to comply with verification requests within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary suspension or termination of the account.

3 Account Management

Each member is fully responsible for the security of their own account. This includes keeping passwords confidential, not sharing login credentials with anyone, and ensuring that devices used to access the account are secure.

You must notify ria66 immediately if you become aware of or suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. ria66 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account information.

• Passwords must be at least eight (8) characters long and include uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Do not use the same password as other accounts such as your email or online banking.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account security settings for added protection.

RIA66 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account suspected of being compromised or showing unusual activity, as a protective measure for the member concerned.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

RIA66 provides a range of secure and integrated payment channels to facilitate member deposits and withdrawals. All financial transactions are processed through systems protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit amount varies by your chosen payment method and will be displayed during the deposit process.
• Deposit funds are typically credited to your account within minutes of successful payment confirmation.
• RIA66 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, payment service providers may impose their own charges.
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

Withdrawal:

• Withdrawal requests may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet that has been verified under the same member's name.
• Full KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen method, typically between one and three business days.
• RIA66 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding certain limits.
• Withdrawals involving bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met beforehand.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers

RIA66 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time for both new and existing members. Each offer has its own terms and validity period, which should be read and understood before acceptance.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus amounts are generally subject to wagering requirements of between 20x and 50x, depending on the promotion type. Full terms are displayed on the relevant promotions page.
• Validity Period: Every bonus has a validity period that must be met. Bonuses not used within the specified period will expire automatically.
• Bonus Withdrawal Limit: Some bonuses have a maximum cap on the amount that can be converted into real cash. This limit will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute at a lower rate.
• One Bonus at a Time: Members may not stack more than one bonus simultaneously unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.

6 Game Rules and Fairness

• Any technical disruption during a game session that results in data loss will be investigated based on server records maintained by RIA66.
• In the event of a dispute over game results, ria66's server records shall be final and binding.

• Games in demo mode do not involve real money and cannot be converted into any form of credits or rewards.

7 Prohibited Member Conduct

To protect the integrity of the platform and the safety of all members, RIA66 strictly prohibits the following:

• Registering more than one account using the same or different personal information.
• Use of software, bots, automated scripts, or any tools designed to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Any form of collusion between members in real-money games to manipulate outcomes.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or access any part of the platform without authorisation.
• Using the ria66 platform for money laundering or any suspicious financial activity.
• Abuse of the bonus or promotion system in a manner contrary to the intent of the offer.
• Spreading false or misleading information about ria66 to other members or the public.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or closure, freezing of all balances, and legal action where necessary.

8 ria66 Limitation of Liability

RIA66 makes every effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption at all times. However, we cannot guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or free from technical disruptions beyond our control.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, RIA66 is not liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of game outcomes, whether wins or losses.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control such as natural disasters or internet outages.
• Losses arising from a member's negligence in protecting their account login credentials.

9 Account Closure and Suspension

You may close your ria66 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to the settlement of any pending transactions.

RIA66 reserves the right to suspend or close any account in the following situations:

• Breach of these terms and conditions or any related platform policies.
• Failure to submit the required verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Suspected involvement in fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Self-exclusion requests from members as part of the responsible gaming programme.
• Instructions from relevant authorities or law enforcement agencies.

In the event of closure due to a breach of terms, ria66 reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with fraudulent activity while an investigation is carried out.

10 Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ria66 is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms, the use of the platform, or any transaction made through ria66 shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

Before initiating any formal legal action, members are encouraged to first contact the RIA66 support team to resolve any issues or disputes amicably and efficiently. We are committed to addressing all complaints seriously and within a reasonable timeframe.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be reinterpreted to reflect the original intent as closely as possible, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
